3 stages First: with store manager, take a photo, hand in cv and ask some simple questions Second: one-one with DM. It lasts about 40mins for me, ask about 10 situation questions, need to give specific examples, Third: one-one interview with the regional manager

Attended interview was store manager, was told it went well and I would be invited back to speak with the area manager. Also told that went well. Was then told they didn't currently have any jobs open in the store even though they had advertised for that store and was offered stores no where near me. I opted to remain interested and they said they would let me know if something came up. After 4 months I saw they were advertising again for my local store so i contacted the recruitment consultant and said I was still interested in and was told that I was no longer what they were looking for in a candidate.
