I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hollister Co. in Sep 2009
Interview
It was a group interview of about 6 people. We went outside and were separated from those who applied as a "Model" (Associates who work in the store dealing with customer service/greeting) and those who applied as "Impact Team Member" (Associates who work in the back dealing with shipments and organization) The two groups were asked separate questions. At the end of the interview, they told us the dress code requirements and told us they would give us a call in about a week if we got the job.
