Interview
I applied online (through an ad on Facebook).
I first had a skype call with the CEO and another one with the HR.
Lastly, there was and in-person interview at the office with the CEO.
Everything was very clear to me. The CEO and HR were extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. I loved that interview.
