When I was hired there was only 1 interview I had to go through. Now there are 2. One with a store manager and a second interview with a separate hiring manager at a different location in the district.

Interview
Simple and straightforward. Just basic questions about my previous work experience and work history as well as my availability. No difficult questions, mostly just really basic ones about customer service.
