When I was interviewed the store owner met with me and interviewed me in the back office. We sat down for a few minutes and discussed my current situation (college student) and he explained what would be expected for the job. (hours per week and ability to call in sick)

Quick small talk followed by rules and regulations. The interviewer then asked questions, had me fill a few papers out, and I was out the door. The whole process was pretty cut and dry.
