The located me by my LinkedIn profile. I was not looking to make a change at the time. Their company recruiter called me asking if I would be interested in making a change. We arranged for a phone interview with HR. Next I interviewed with the Division President and Director of Purchasing. My last interview was with the purchasing team I would be leading.

My interview process was very brief. They were short on people, and I applied with a recommendation from a current employee, so it was easy to get the job (in my opinion). I have since seen them go through the hiring process more thoroughly. Multiple interviews, field testing, etc.
