Wasnt an interview. They already knew me througn another employee and they needed ppl so badly i just started. I took a simple math test and submitted my application after i had already worked 2 or 3 days just so they had it for paperwork proposes.

Interview
Walk in the front door of the store, tell the CSM (red lanyard) that you're there for an interview. Wait at the front for a few minutes, the store manager will come to greet you. Very friendly and understanding, basic general questions regarding job priorities.

Was real easy, first job interview as 16 year old. Everything went as expected. Just went over my application. I had been recommended by a current employee. Not much to it.

Was asked a couple questions and was given a basic math test. Simple questions, easy answers such as whether or not I want to attend school or what I plan to do with the company.
