I did my interview process with Elise and the commutation was on point , was there for me whenever I had questions and worked around my schedule to get the interviews booked. Elise knew I was activity looking and eager to. work to where she was able to speed the process up a little. Was not too many steps to where I wanted to drop off.

Overall pretty poor experience. Phone screen with a recruiter at first, pretty straight forward questions surrounding your background, talking about the role and what Hireology is looking for. After the screen, an in person interview was scheduled. Two, 30 minute meetings with current managers. I showed up 15 min early and didn't see the first manager until 25 minutes after the first interview was supposed to start, with no apology or explanation. This in turn cut the entire process down to 30-35 minutes. Was asked maybe 2-3 questions by each manager and thought it went very well despite being short on time. No response for 2 weeks and I finally get the feedback that they would have liked that I answered their situational questions more specifically. I would have liked to not been rushed out of there and given a fair chance. For a place that's supposed to specialize in hiring talent, they really missed the mark on this one.
