Very long lengthy process, first round was general talk with QA Manager, second round was technical/ practical with a developer and QA team member and last round was with 2 senior level QA's for behaviorial

Applied online. HR reached out and set up an interview with the hiring manager.
Hiring manager and I had a 30 mins web interview where they asked about my experience, what the role is about, and the process etc. They were satisfied and said someone would reach out to me for next round which was supposed to be a take home analysis test (followed by an interview)
Then they ghosted me. I have sent multiple emails to HR and interview coordinator with no response.
That’s what happens when a company is run by bunch of yuppies who think they own the world and can do whatever they want. No respect for people’s time and no compassion for job seekers.
