The process is relatively straightforward, and the interviewers are very approachable. While the interviews went smoothly, an internal candidate was ultimately chosen due to their proficiency in the internal system/dashboard, leaving external candidates feeling that their time and effort were wasted.
If the organisation wants to enhance their existing customer experience and processes, it could be more beneficial to onboard someone who can offer a fresh perspective to the organization.
