Interview
first interview was quite relaxed, felt like a normal conversation. Second interview was more competence based, still relaxed and employees were very kind and ways to get along with. Overall, nice experience.

First interview with a future colleague. Second interview with a manager's and the final interview with HR.
If you proceed from the first two rounds you are more than likely getting the position, but it is still an interview, so be prepared.
Good, good communication and friendly people.All three interviews were with people who were genuinely interested and supportive. Would say it was rather easy though my prior experience may have helped.
