Telephone interviews as I was not in the UK. They ideally prefer to have you onsite. Moreover, an assessment centre plays a big part in their decision making process and this can be taken worldwide.

Very general questions. They want people who are fully committed to a very long career within the Hilti group. You need to have an in depth understanding of their product sales etc.
