HighPoint Associates interview questions

The interview felt quite odd, and I didn’t feel respected or heard. It was almost like I was speaking to a robot because the conversation was so stiff and unnatural. The interviewer didn’t give any responses or feedback after I answered, and instead rushed to the next question without any engagement. Also they never got back to me after the interview.

First round easy, but the woman that does all the interviews is stern. No technical questions, but you probably won't walk away from it beaming either. Be prepared with basic stuff (tell me about yourself, tell me about a disagreement, tell me about a challenge). It will not be conversational or friendly. Will stick to strict interview format. I found this odd, since even interviewing at Bain, McKinsey, etc., interviewers were always very friendly.
