Question 1
Perguntaram se seria possível trabalha no MST time, que são cerca de 7 horas de diferença do Brasil.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at High Tide (WI)
Interview
Do not apply to this company. Several different positions are advertised on job sites, but every position they have is the same. It's basically just a management training program, so you won't really get to do what you want to do (Account Manager or Account Coordinator). If you stay in a lower level position you won't get any kind of benefits including healthcare. Don't be fooled by the "work hard, play hard" sell, you do not want to work for this company.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at High Tide (WI) (Wauwatosa, WI) in Sep 2018
Interview
Nice people and highly persuasive. You're told that you can be promoted quickly, make a lot of money, and have fun with co-workers outside of the office. During the interview they go over a flow chart from starting at Entry Level all the way up to branching off and starting your own business. What is less clear is the actual position for which you are applying.
They do not advertise that it is a door to door sales position for services such as AT&T (which may be the only service they represent, I was not told of any others nor does their website state anything). It is commission based. The person interviewing you may be someone thats only been with the company for a few months. Further, I highly suggest doing research into the leadership at the company and their past employment on linked in (if you get called for an interview).
Ask as many questions as possible about what your actual duties would entail and don't get too caught up in the detailed commission based pay structure they throw at you or what they state other people in the company have made.
I can't stress enough the importance to do as much possible research on the company before making an informative decision. Look into MLMs and google door to door sales for AT&T. Make sure you know what you will really be doing on a daily basis!
