Online Application, followed by an Assessment centre. Had three key areas of assessment and structured really well to go through the lifecycle and reflection of small project. Numerical Assessment wasn't too hard as well

I was invited to attend an online assessment centre. It had very good structure within their own online portal, including a timetable and multiple teams meeting links. These included a group task, an individual presentation and an interview. The interview seemed very low pressure with friendly interviewer. They value using the STAR structure and showing you know their values.
