pretty lame they overbooked the interviews and had 5 guys wait around for nothing same experience as others went paid for parking to take a generic indeed assessment I would categorize this as a waste of time.

I have interviewed twice, but I firmly believe it is counter productive considering that the hiring coordinator speaks to you for less than 15 min, then has you take an assessment to only tell you that have you come in if you passed it or not. While I understand that this logic exam is essential to the role, again, it is counter productive to have someone waste their time driving to a weird part of Westwood, to only take an Indeed assessment on your own phone. Why not have the person take the assessment beforehand, perhaps after a phone screen AND then have them come in to meet the CEOs. It's common sense.
