Interview
The interview was very informal and relaxed, it was held by a manager and Human Resources representative and lasted for approximately forty five minutes. They gave an explanation about the company and how it is structured and asked about my experience.

Interview
As I was applying for their apprenticeship scheme the interview consisted of a telephone interview, group interview, Non verbal reasoning questions, personality questionnaire and face to face interview. It was intense but all for good reason to check the right people are getting
through. Luckily I was successful and been a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser for 4 years.
