The manager I talked to was really nice and told me once they got a trainer he would bring me back in. We will see...Hopefully I get the call around Christmas when they pick back up like he told me I would.

You apply online and then the manager calls you. The face to face interview starts with the server manager then if that goes well the GM interviews you. They ask your background in serving and if you can handle a fast-paced environment.
