      Accounting Interview

      May 12, 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hertz in May 2011

      Interview

(yesterday) Short phone interview with very nice and professional corporate recruiter followed by 2 skill tests which were accessed through links emailed (completed tests from home-very convenient). Another phone call the same day to tell me I successfully passed the tests then another emailed link to personality test. Same day, another phone call to schedule interview for the next day (today). Met with potential manager and another department manager for interview. Very basic questions. Overview of position then behavioral questions. Took about an hour and a half. Received an email after the interview requesting a second interview in 2 days.
