Interview
Very easy about 20ish minutes, talked about future, why I would be a good fit to the job, how i am as cna, what do i knowledge did i have in healthcare, what are my strengths and weaknesses. Overall mostly customer service questions and questions about yourself. Remember to ask questions about the place you are working for
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Heritage Operations Group (Mount Pulaski, IL) in Jun 2022
Interview
Went in for an interview, they were kind however asked me to not only work the receptionist job but also be their activities director. These are both full time jobs that would over lap with one another. She described it as "everyone wearing different hats" but ultimately everyone there is overworked and underpaid as the starting pay is 13 an hour.

Question 1
Are you dedicated to our (mount Pulaski's) community?
Thank you very much for the feedback on your interview. We are currently hiring for both positions but we are hoping to fill them separately. We apologize for any confusion in your interview. We are a small team and we are certainly looking for team players but we take strides to avoid employee burnout and overextending our team members. If you have additional questions, please feel welcome to contact us directly. Thank you again for your comment.
