I applied online. I interviewed at Heritage Healthcare (Wakefield, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
My interview at Heritage Healthcare was a positive experience and the company made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door.
The questions that were asked of me were forthcoming and appreciative of the fact that I was a somewhat inexperienced candidate to begin with.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Heritage Healthcare (Tyseley, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
I sent a speculative application directly to the Solihull office (which is in fact located in Tyseley), and the next day I received a call from the Managing Director asking me to come in for a 'last minute' interview.
She was extremely honest about what the work will involve and even said that she was advertising the position externally.
She was extremely impressed with my application, experience and my interview that she made a swift decision to offer the job to me on the spot!
Although it was an exciting offer, I had to decline because of the commute to the office and to the fact she wanted to give me a very low salary. I had other interviews prior to this one and decided to pursue with one of them because they were offering a much higher salary.
However when I got home and saw the job advert, it was for the National Minimum Wage!

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Heritage Healthcare (Birmingham, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Sort of informal and very eager to hire me asap. They look at your english language if youre suitable to work with the elderly english clients they have. Asked some basic questions, what youre like, what experience you have, even personal experience is worthy. Then some technical questions regarding the tasks involved in the job then straight on to hours, wages etc (interviewer did themself).
