The process for this job was to meet with the team lead for a zoom interview first. The interview decorum was very straight to the point and mostly revolved around my personal experience and how it related to the position.
My interview went well, so they assigned me a paid 8 hour project to show how I would deliver their research assignments to them. The project was left intentionally vauge, so I would show critical thinking past the scope given. The subject of the project had to do with a current need the company had. I believe it showed high integrity of the employer to pay for the 8 hours I spent on the project, and they reviewed it and go back to me within 72 hours of submitting
