Interview
The interview process took 1.5 weeks. Make sure you know everything. They want a scientist to join them. Interview was tough. They expect you to know each and everything even if it is outside your work experience or from all together another domain etc. and after clearing 5 rounds of interview you will get rejected in the last round. You have to go through 6 rounds of interview-
Day 1 - Four knock out rounds. You will go to the next round if you clear the previous one.
1) Aptitude test (20 mins) - Average
2) Technical SQL/Java MCQ test (60 mins) - Difficult (hardcore coder mode)
3) Subjective Aptitude test (45 mins) - Tricky and Difficult
4) Panel (30- 40 mins approx) - HR and a Manager
Day 2
1) Technical and interpersonal F2F (45 mins to 90 mins) - EVP and HR.
Day 3
1) Technical and interpersonal F2F (45 mins to 90 mins) - Director and Co Owner
How would you handle a situation during crisis? For ex - You need 10 FTEs and only 5 FTEs report to work, how would handle the situation and get the work done.
