Walked into a hiring center set up in a retail space a couple of blocks away from the location before their opening. I introduced myself and was immediately asked to sit down with the executive chef. It was a very informal interview and I felt at ease immediately. After discussing my work history and what I was looking for, I was offered a job. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.
