Very smooth! The VP was easygoing and the office seemed like a great fit. The conversation was light and was not as nerve wracking I had thought it would be.

The hiring team contacted me by phone and email and was eager to speak to me about the role and mentioned that my resume showed that I had the skills and experience the company need. I set up a time to speak to hiring team. After we spoke, I did not hear back. I followed up as I mentioned the hiring team seemed quite eager to speak to me. I was told they needed someone to start immediately. What type of company would want a candidate to not give sufficient notice to their current employer?? I think the reason was personal ie not being open to diversity and inclusion.
