Applied online as an employee referral from a VP. No phone screen with recruiter, straight to phone interviews with 2 of the hiring executives. Then asked to come for onsite which required air travel. All arrangements handled by executive assistant and external travel agency. Rental car was not direct billed, so I was asked to submit my receipt and expense report, which I did promptly. No reimbursement was issued even after polite follow up. Onsite felt more like they were selling me on the position, which was fine, but some of the questions didn't provide much insight into my skills or value to the role. (Ex: "How do you like to manage projects?" When I asked for more specificity, the question was changed to, "Which project management program do you like to use?" I wasn't being interviewed for a PM position. Follow up took 3 weeks to receive. HFHS has such a great reputation and I was willing to move to join the team, but interview experience was disappointing and costly.
