It was great. Very personal. I felt like they had a good idea about who I was at the end of the interview. After the interview they had me come back for a second interview to shadow a nurse in the department that I would be working for to see if I liked it and if they liked me. It was a really good experience.
Quick to get back and straight to the point! The Manager of the unit was very personable and made me feel super comfortable while also staying professional throughout the interview process.

Easy, straight forward. Was very easy going, more like a conversation as opposed to an ask and answer. Asked questions about my experience and how it would translate to this job. Was offered the job at the end of the interview

Will wait a month after the initial interview to know if you are considered for employment, and then will get upset/annoyed if you already have other opportunities presented. They feel like you should be waiting for them, even though it’s a month.
