Interview
The panel interview is formal and typically includes 3–4 interviewers. Each panelist takes turns asking prepared questions and records your responses. They generally do not deviate from the script, and may offer limited eye contact or follow-up, as their focus is on note-taking and consistency across candidates.

Interview
The interview was held over zoom. The panel were perfectly nice and pleasant, but I was a little put off by their asking questions about tasks not listed in the advertised job description. The job I interviewed for generally does not perform tasks asked about, which is fine if that’s not the case at Henderson Libraries but it was odd since it wasn’t addressed in the job description.

Interview
Around three (sometimes four) managers will trade off on asking you questions. The questions are pre determined and the same for everyone. At the end you will be asked for any comments or questions you have. You will be asked to read a picture book to the interviewers.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
You will be asked to read a picture book to the interviewers. The book is usually a more difficult book to “read” in that it will usually have very few words.
