HelloFresh Training Associate interview questions

HR Recruiter called for a phone screen, then I "was invited to interview/present with team. Everyone was very nice. Recruiter followed up with an "are you still interested" call and led me to believe that I would be made an offer. Then suddenly I was not offered the position in a less than tactful way (one-line email). I felt like the process was a waste of time and effort.
