No interview, just a standard tour of the facility, and us being told the benefits of working here, the whole process starting from acceptance of the offer, to orientation. Pretty much the process.
It was easy and asked more about the experience, haccp, gmp, situation based questions, experience based and allergens in canada. Pre requisite program, allergen control, SOP, prepare more about situation based questions

No interview, direct hire depending on what shifts are available at the moment. They may hire you for one and you end on another shift. But overall, just basic questions about whether or not you want the job.
