Interview
I had three rounds of interview; technical, behavioural and general. HelloFresh team were very mindful of my time. I had interviews with the Product Lead, team lead and tech. Questions were pragmatic and challenging. Being in the product field for close to 10 years, I loved the approach as they were looking for someone who can lead the team, has problem-solving skills and endures resilience on top of standard PO skillsets.

The process was good a bit slow though. There were following rounds 1. Introduction 2. Case study 3. Case study review 4. Hiring lead call with focus on product and fit 5. Senior management / VP The hr was responsive and the feedback was thorough during the process.
