Another pointless interview. They send you a link to do a one-way video interview that you don’t even know if anyone’s going to look at or actually view. And then you never hear back.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough. My resume was reviewed, I was invited to complete a video interview, and a few personality & skills tests as well. When I came to Hello Innovation for my in-person interview, they spent a lot of time getting to know me, and there were a few role playing activities that made the process fun!
