The interview was pretty casual. There weren't many questions about what skills I'd bring to the table. Be prepared to be there around 2 hours, 30 minutes of that time is spent filling out a paper application (even though you have to bring in a resume) and then the interview and skills tests. There were about 3 or 4 paper tests, the first one was 200 questions. After that is the shadowing process on a different day, which lasted about 20 minutes. At the end of that they said they’d give me a call. If you don't get hired, be prepared to not hear anything back from them or receive a response to your follow up email, even after spending 2+ hours of your time there.
