I had a phone interview with the manager of the company. A few weeks later the invited me for an in person interview to their office, where I was interviewed by the manager and two other engineers.

Case study looking mostly to show you understand the process. Friendly interview not high pressure. Interviewed by manager and two engineers. Use the whiteboard they love white board drawing. Ask questions! They always comment on who asked questions or didn't ask questions about the case study prompt.
