The overall interview process moved quickly. Everyone I met was friendly, although I only met one employee in person as the rest of the interviews were conducted online. Hedvig extended an offer, which I accepted and subsequently resigned from my current role at the time. However, the day before I was scheduled to start, the CEO called me to rescind the offer due to budget concerns. I found this quite unprofessional and unfortunately speaks to the poor ability of management to forecast business outlook. My advice: Be cautious when accepting an offer as my experience shows that this company does not value its people.
