Interview
The interview process has many steps, but moves relatively quickly. After applying, the first step was an initial phone screen with HR. Second, was an interview with the legal director. Third was a "vibe check" with the full team. After applying, I didn't have to wait long to hear back about the initial screening (only about three to four days between applying and the interview). Early the next week, they reached out to schedule the second interview, which was also held within a few days. The third interview was scheduled quickly, but had a bit of a lull and was not set until 1.5 weeks later. The team was nice and professional. However, the interview was more difficult than one would expect for something called a vibe check. The legal director said the team would ask questions, but it would be informal. There was honestly nothing informal about it, and calling it a vibe check made it extremely hard to prepare for (had they called it a formal interview, it would have properly set expectations)
Round of interviews … first interview and second interview but lack in communication between leadership to interviewer. All initial rounds of interviews are virtual until the final interview which would be in person
