The interview process is very lax and deals with understanding of trauma informed care. Expectation is educational with understanding of human behavior. Further conversation as to what Heartland provides in the housing division and the need to identify boundaries while providing service was also discussed. Safety issues were also discussed as safety while providing service is a necessity.
