HealthLinc interview questions

The interview process was very formal. I was asked about my past jobs and how they would relate to the job. The ones interviewing made it very comfortable for you to speak freely, but yet professionally.

Shortly into the interview, it was obvious that they underpay their employees. They seem to have a high rate of turnover in their technology area. It was further suggested that I wait until a new technology team was created which may be higher paying.
