HR phone screening, technical interview over the phone as some of the people on the panel were overseas , went to meet with hiring manager, met with VP of ambulatory services and CEO, got hired on the spot and offered a different position.

Question 1
It was difficult, all my plans and strategies changed. I had to be natural and go by real life knowledge, practicality, and experience. That was what impressed them. Practiced interview questions went out the window.
