      Chief of Staff Interview

      Mar 10, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Encino, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at HealthCare Support (Encino, CA)

      Interview

Started with a 15-minute phone interview where they asked me about my resume then asked me to self-assess on different personality factors. Second interview was in person. They administered 2 tests: one test for logic & reasoning as well as a separate test for common sense. After they reviewed my test score, they asked me about my work experience. It was during this interview that they made it apparent they were looking for an Executive Assistant and not a Chief of Staff. I didn't move pass the second round but sounds like there would've been an interview with the Hiring Manager then the CEO.
