Interview

There was little talk about what exactly the position consists of. It was like a one way street with little to no room for negotiations. When it came down to salary, it was either take it or leave it. They don't really take your years of experience into consideration.

Interview

HR staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Completed application and background check release. Offered coffee, tea, water. Felt good about the experience. Interview was about 30-45 minutes with the VP of HR. Then interviewed by departmental hiring manager. Felt calm and confident about 2nd interview after meeting with HR team.
