If you’re unfortunate enough to meet the CEO only thing you can hope for is that he shows is character as he did on my call so you know the type of person you’d have to work with.
CEO called 10 minutes late, instead of acknowledging that he said I needed to talk fast because he didn’t have much time. The rest of the call consisted of him interrupting me to make rude or extremely arrogant remarks. It was the most painful call I’ve ever had and am just thankful I didn’t waste any more time.
Before considering this company, read the reviews thoroughly because there are some very alarming ones that based on my interaction I believe to be spot on. Some very helpful reviews I’m referring to quoted below:
“Workplace discrimination and harassment: instead of building you up, they tear you down. Multiple people have cried after meetings they've had with upper management due to the condescending and demeaning nature of the meetings. They use scare tactics and intimidation to try and ensure you don't leave the company”
“there's no such thing as specialized rates or getting discounted life insurance”
“Management requests you inflate your numbers”
And my favorite:
“Then they sent me the CEOs brag sheet which was pretty pretentious. He listed things like 'surviving his birth' or getting the 'highest offer from his group of friends for his first job'. It was pretty hilarious.
Then they asked me to bring work out clothes to the interview, because I guess everyone there has to be super fit. The 'gym' was just a bunch of machines and weights in the middle of the office always with a few meat heads loudly lifting...”
