The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Health Care Without Harm
Interview
The interview process was extensive, including multiple rounds of interviews and a final panel presentation. The folks I met with along the way were kind and communicative. However, the final presentation was uncompensated and quite time intensive. While I understand the need to assess candidates though such assignments, the deliverable was a big ask and took more than a few hours to complete/prepare for.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Health Care Without Harm (Brussels) in Apr 2023
Interview
An hour long interview that involved discussing how I'd be a good fit for the role and a presentation on a topic that was given to me a week in advance.
