After doing my final round interview, they told me I was the frontrunner for the position. They then kept me waiting for almost 3 weeks. They constantly promised they'd have a decision by day X and then they'd push it back or ignore my emails asking for updates, until they finally called to reject me.

Process was fully remote and online. Biggest con was that it was pretty slow, and I received my offer almost 7 weeks after I first interacted with the recruiter. And almost 2 weeks after my final interview. First round was very standard. 10 minutes of background followed by 30-40 minutes on a relatively easy coding problem. Final round was 4 parts. 30m discussion with PM, 30m discussion with engineering manager, 1 hour React coding interview, 1 hour UI architecture interview.
