Headline Solar interview questions

Brief phone call where they asked me one question, then had me take the reins. Came in for an in-person interview and only one of the two people who were supposed to be there showed up. Again, they did not ask me any questions, but used my questions to guide what they would tell me, which felt deceptive. Additionally, the listing said there was base pay and all leads provided; when I asked, they told me "I must have read the wrong listing" (I did not) and that it was 100% commission-based, along with a lot of door-knocking, which was not in the description. Overall, it felt illegitimate and confusing.
