I applied online, had a phone interview, and then an in-person on site in Holland, MI. The interview process was smooth and I knew when to except the next step.

They were standard interview questions, like "describe a time you had to work with a difficult person" or "describe a time you went above and beyond"
Phone screening and in person interview with 3 people. Depending on the hiring team, you could have 2, 30 minute interviews with different people from the department and future boss

It began by a general phone interview, then followed up by a more title specific phone interview, and a final phone interview with the PLM team discussing the position in detail and the projects I would be working on throughout the summer.

Easy process. Involved a phone screen and then an in person interview with two groups of hiring managers. Two weeks later I received a call for an offer. Completed a background check. Very easy process overall
