Very Responsive and were very clear on the fluctating nature of their organization. The process from start to finish including followup on the part of the organization was quick. Very clear that there would be a significant amount of on boarding and former employee was open to continual feed back through a longer onboarding process. Though I did not get the position, I was one of the final contenders for the role.
