I applied via Indeed and the executive director reached out to me within a day. I scheduled a time to interview. When I went in that day, the interviewer had not arrived. They had me fill out an application, do a math and vocabulary test, and then read a psychological assessment. Afterward, I had to write a summary of that assessment. Then about 10 mins after completing that I was finally able to interview with the executive director and another supervisor. I think the application and assessments could have been sent beforehand. To save the interviewee time. I only anticipate being there for an hour but spent almost 2.5 hours there. Mostly just waiting for the person to arrive.... The ED stepped out to take a phone then basically just came back in and said "like I tell everyone, we're interviewing other people and we'll get back to you in a few weeks".
