2 stage interview, first stage an informal chat with a few competency based question. The second is an analysis of information given, with over 67000 rows information with 12 columns! Then you are asked to present on a task they have given you. A tough interview and the process itself was not bad. The bad part was when I asked for feedback. For something that took a good number of hours to prepare for, you would expect individual feedback, or an understand why you didn’t make it through. I was given none of that and even when I asked for feedback I was told I would receive a call. I never received that call, and when I did chase up a further 2 times, I was ignored.
