Multiple step interview process, met with multiple facets of the team via zoom. This was a great way to conveniently meet with people in different positions and better understand the role I was applying to.

Interview
It was fairly standard, a virtual meeting was scheduled and I was asked to introduce myself and my research after which he told me a bit about his own. There were no oddball questions or particularly difficult ones.
Submitted application and was invited for an interview the next day. One video call interview, more like a conversation with two members of the lab. Both were very friendly and interview was enjoyable.

Pretty simple interview process; you meet a PI, find a grad student, and then decide on hours and if there are projects you'd be a good fit to work on.
